NiiPlants & Car Rentals Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NiiPlants & Car Rentals! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from us.

Booking and Rental Duration:
1.1. Booking: You can make a booking through our website, via email at info@niiplantsghana.com, or by contacting our office at the provided phone numbers.
1.2. Rental Duration: Our rentals are available per hour or per day. A day constitutes a maximum of 10 hours, not 24 hours.

Payment and Refunds:
2.1. Payment: Payment for the rental is due at the time of booking or at the start of the rental period.
2.2. Non-Refundable Deposit: A portion of the rental fee, as specified in the rental listing, is non-refundable. This amount covers the first 10 hours of the rental period.
2.3. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled rental start time. Refunds are subject to a deduction of the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
3.1. Cancellation Period: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time are non-refundable.
3.2. No-Show: Failure to show up for the rental without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental fee.

Vehicle Usage:
4.1. Authorized Drivers: Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.
4.2. Prohibited Use: The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, off-road driving, racing, or towing unless explicitly permitted by NiiPlants & Car Rentals.
4.3. Vehicle Return: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, with all accessories and equipment intact.

Liability and Insurance:
5.1. Liability: The renter is responsible for any damages, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
5.2. Insurance: NiiPlants & Car Rentals provides basic insurance coverage for the rented vehicle. Additional insurance options are available upon request.

Maintenance and Breakdowns:
6.1. Vehicle Maintenance: NiiPlants & Car Rentals ensures that all vehicles are well-maintained and in proper working condition.
6.2. Breakdowns: In the event of a breakdown or mechanical failure, please contact our office immediately for assistance.

Dispute Resolution:
7.1. Disputes: Any disputes arising from the rental agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation.

Jurisdiction:
8.1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
8.2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
